Walkin cold down the street.
Looking at a duck posted up on a seat.
drinking tea under the shade and relaxing
cause he got it made.
He seemed as tired as a dog after a hunt.
But thats just to put it blunt

My Buddy

Step after step, hill after hill
I rest.
I can feel his anticipation.
i lay down and get opened up
like a patient in surgery
making sure im ready at any moment

Than its time
im ready
Shaking sweaty hands hold my body
A slow smooth squeeze and i see a glimpse of white snow
heat and anticipation engulfs me
Hoorah! my job is done
the hunt is over

our flag still stands. proud.

it has been flown for 

hundreds of years symbolizing

freedom

it represents a strong nation

that has come so far in so little time

veterans and civilians before us

represented this flag and

as my duty i will do my part
